Cancellation/No Show Policy

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment there is no charge.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
If you “no-show” for your appointment, 100% of the service will be charged.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment and we are unable to accommodate you, a cancellation fee of 50% of your service will be charged.
